Connect Scheduly to Claude

Scheduly is a calendar and notes app. The Scheduly connector lets Claude read your schedule, add or move events, and read or write your notes — in plain language, from any conversation.

Requirements

  • A Scheduly account (free). Sign in at https://scheduly.gravex.app.
  • A Claude plan that supports connectors, or any MCP client with OAuth.

Set up

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and add Scheduly (or add a custom connector with the URL https://scheduly.gravex.app/mcp).
  2. Click Connect. Sign in to Scheduly if asked, then press Allow on the consent screen.
  3. Ask things like “What’s on my calendar this week?” or “Add lunch with Alex on Thursday at noon.”

To disconnect, remove the connector in Claude, or revoke it in Scheduly under Settings → Connected apps.

Tools

Read-only:

  • get_now — current date and time in your time zone
  • get_events — events in a date range (recurring events expanded)
  • list_calendars — your calendars, including shared ones
  • list_notes, get_note — browse and read notes
  • find_all_records — keyword search across events and notes
  • search_knowledge — meaning-based search over your notes
  • search_places — look up a place to attach to an event
  • get_app_info — what the connector can do

Write:

  • create_event, update_event, delete_event
  • create_note, update_note, delete_note
  • create_calendar, update_calendar, delete_calendar

Deleting anything is two steps: the tool first returns a preview, and only deletes after you confirm. Locked (encrypted) notes are never readable through the connector.

Privacy

The connector only accesses the data of the account that authorized it. Access tokens expire after one hour and can be revoked at any time. See the privacy policy and terms.
